I'm quite rebellious by nature so following guides annoys me but I'm not arrogant enough to think I will do a good job the first time around. I've seen so many guides that are extremely specific with what you have to do and the optimal way of playing, starting, etc. Even the souls series feels less intimidating to me. It doesn't feel like any other average game, like with a game like Crash Bandicoot you start playing and forget about it. I wanna play Diablo 2 since D3 feels like a morning cartoon to me, but I can't even start since it feels quite intimidating for some reason.
I played Diablo 3 and understand full well the massive differences between them, on paper. I'm new to Diablo 2, I've never played it before.
